I'm looking at putting in a 7m x 4m summerhouse in place of the existing shed.  This would really add to the garden and be a great socialising space.  During the summer I work from home so this would give me an alternative to working in the upstairs bedroom.

I'd also like to put a pool table into this space to be enjoyed by our children who can socialise with their friends as they get older.
