The Garden
We moved here in September 2014 to good sized garden with mature borders.
We had hoped to be in the property earlier but the deal fell through at the last minute. We moved out of ours and stayed with my parents for 3 months until we could finally exchange. In that time my daughter Cora was born so was 4 weeks old by the time we moved in.

We had a couple Leylandii trees at the bottom right of the garden which made the bottom of the garden very dark... They had to go.
In the Crazy Paving project you'll see how I reused existing materials in our garden to create a crazy paving patio. Also how I got distracted and created a small wildlife pond.
In this project I detail how I created interest in the garden by adding a path.
This then gave structure for other projects to come.
In this project during lockdown I created a double cascade waterfall into our wildlife pond.

In this project I detail how I restored four cast iron benches and built a new garden bench from scratch.
